Umno persoal kritikan PKR, gesa lihat punca kemelut N Sembilan

Umno has questioned PKR's criticism in Negeri Sembilan over the country's political crisis, arguing that the situation cannot be seen in isolation from the previous administration led by Aminuddin Harun. Sufian Maradzi, the Umno spokesperson for the state, stressed that the recent turmoil was not separate from the earlier administration's handling of the crisis.

He stated that the controversy over Aminuddin's leadership became a basis for weakening the confidence of Umno and Barisan Nasional (BN) in him. According to Maradzi, the appointment was not a rejection of the concept of a united government but a rejection of the way the crisis in the state's administration and institutions was managed under his leadership.

The failure to achieve a political settlement ultimately led Aminuddin to dissolve the Dewan Undang-Undang Negeri (DUN) and return power to the people. PKR Negeri Sembilan urged the resolution of the institutional and state administration turmoil immediately to prevent further damage to the people and economic activities. The party claimed that prolonged uncertainty not only implicates constitutional and royal institution issues but also risks undermining the continued state administration.

Maradzi emphasized that the state government should be given space to resolve the crisis properly, respect the process, and honor the royal structure of Negeri Sembilan. The crisis in state administration peaked after Tuanku Muhriz Tuanku Munawir, the Yang Di Pertuan Besar, canceled the appointment of 10 powerful exco members on September 20.

Before that, all exco members claimed that proclamations to remove Tuanku Muhriz from his position in April were valid.
