Prajaseva Abhiyana: CM to receive public grievances at Periyapatna on Oct. 3

In a preparatory meeting for the Prajaseva Abhiyana in Periyapatna taluk, Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar announced his participation on October 3rd. At the meeting, Zilla Panchayat Chief Executive Officer Yukesh Kumar S. directed all department officials to attend the event personally, rather than sending subordinate staff. Due to the anticipated large number of people submitting petitions in his presence, arrangements must be made for orderly submission.

To manage the queue, a token system is recommended. Department-wise stalls should be set up with necessary facilities such as computers, printers, and other equipment. Officials were instructed to start receiving petitions at 8 a.m. Additionally, officials were tasked with submitting details of received and disposed petitions through the Integrated Public Grievance Redressal System (IPGRS).

Periyapatna taluk officials were also instructed to conduct wide publicity about the Prajaseva Abhiyana in villages. Aishwarya R., Additional Deputy Commissioner, Mysuru City Corporation Commissioner M.K. Savita, and other officials attended the meeting.
