As the season finale draws near, the battle between Cadillac and Porsche at the Petit Le Mans BoP has reached an intriguing juncture. Both title contenders have been granted nearly identical power-to-weight ratios in the crucial range below 230 kph (143 mph), signaling an unprecedented level of parity between the two powerhouses.

Cadillac's #31 Whelen Cadillac, previously lagging behind in the power department, has gradually closed the gap as it traversed the season, thanks to enhancements in lower-speed acceleration. The championship showdown between Jack Aitken, driving for Action Express Cadillac, and Laurin Heinrich in the #7 Penske Porsche will hinge on Heinrich's ability to emerge victorious in the final race.

BMW and Aston Martin lead the pack with optimal power-to-weight ratios, while Audi, Mercedes, and Aston Martin have seen the most substantial decreases. The high-speed dynamic at 240 kph (149 mph) also plays a pivotal role in the race, with overtaking opportunities primarily concentrated in this segment. Aston Martin remains atop the high-speed power-to-weight rankings, showcasing a negligible change of 0.000 kg/kW compared to the low-speed range.

However, the gap between Cadillac and Porsche widens significantly, with Cadillac now trailing by 0.030 kg/kW, a notable increase from its previous standing.
