PAS jangka tanding 7 hingga 10 kerusi di Melaka, menurut laporan

PAS anticipates contesting between seven to ten seats in the upcoming Melaka state election, according to the party's official website, Harakahdaily. The deputy president of PAS, Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man, has reportedly stated that Perikatan Nasional (PN) has held initial discussions on seat distribution, and a framework for allocation has emerged.

Tuan Ibrahim clarified that they already have a framework, but it needs to be presented to each party for endorsement. He added that PAS Melaka has requested PAS candidates in the area to submit at least three nominee candidates for review by the PAS scholar assembly. The dissolution of the Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN) Melaka on September 23 last year opened the way for the upcoming PRN, which must be held within a 60-day period.

Prior to the DUN dissolution, PAS held one seat, Rembia, represented by Jailani Khamis, who won the seat in the 2021 PRN on the Barisan Nasional (BN) ticket. Overall, PN secured three seats, compared to BN's 20 seats and Pakatan Harapan's five seats.
