Grassy Mountain's feasibility study at $3,600 an ounce gold shows an after-tax net present value of $400 million. Sleeper is considered a larger near-term opportunity, with an initial assessment study indicating an after-tax NPV of $400 million at $3,600 gold and higher at $4,700 gold. Paramount Gold Nevada currently holds $9 million in cash, 90 million shares outstanding, and no planned traditional equity raise.

CEO Rachel highlighted the company's dramatic advancement in both projects and moving closer to key regulatory milestones. Grassy Mountain has transitioned from permitting to execution, with management emphasizing a disciplined capital approach. The company avoided frequent share issuance and primarily used an at-the-market facility for liquidity.

The updated economics were supported by a stronger gold-price environment. The company expects to produce 400,000 ounces from a 1.3 million-ounce resource base, with an expected mine life of at least nine years. Additional resource estimates suggest that 900,000 ounces remain outside the current mine plan, potentially supporting future expansion.

After-tax NPV8 is $400 million at $3,600 gold and more than $800 million at $4,700 gold. The mine plan involves a small-footprint underground operation using decline mining. The deposit is shallow, with lower-grade material close to the surface and higher-grade ore at around 150 meters.
