Outsourcing Firm Promises Greater Impact at 20th Anniversary

Resource Intermediaries Limited (RIL), a pioneer in outsourcing management, has marked its 20th anniversary with a focus on future growth and creating greater value for clients. Dr. Alex Okoh, Chairman of the company, expressed optimism about their future, emphasizing that 20 years is a milestone, not a destination. He stated that the company's next 20 years should be about ambition, innovation, relevance, and impact, with the goal of building a lasting legacy.

RIL's CEO, Ademolasoye Awonaike, echoed this sentiment during his keynote address, highlighting the company's purpose, resilience, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to excellence. He noted that a company's success is not solely due to strategy but also because of its people and their dedication to excellence.

Pioneer MD and co-founder Olusoji Oyawoye shared a unique perspective, stating that while most businesses struggle to survive the first five years, RIL has thrived after 20 years. The company has expanded its footprint with subsidiaries in Ghana, Kenya, and Bunker workspaces, and employs staff across Nigeria. With three regional offices, this milestone is indeed something to celebrate.

However, Oyawoyoye reminded attendees that the real competition is not other outsourcing firms but their customers. He emphasized that if clients are satisfied, no competitor can pose a threat.
