Lombardia, a Rozzano l’hub del Progetto Rete gestito da Invitalia

In a significant move for Lombardia, the Progetto Rete, aimed at young individuals aged between 16 and 35, has expanded its network to Rozzano, Italy. This project, promoted by the Minister for Sport and Youth, Andrea Abodi, through the Department for Youth Policies and the Universal Civil Service, seeks to connect the youth with the world of work, including self-employment. Invitalia, the national agency for development, is at the forefront of implementing this project.

The Rozzano Hub, inaugurated in via Giacomo Matteotti 35, is the eighth of fifteen planned hubs across the nation. These hubs serve as centers for orientation, training, and business creation, forming the core of the Progetto Rete. The inauguration marks another step towards creating a nationwide network that empowers young people to express their talents, acquire skills, and transform aspirations into opportunities.

Since its inception, the Progetto Rete has engaged over 103,000 young people in more than 8,000 initiatives of orientation, training, and qualification. Minister Abodi emphasized the necessity of transforming encounters into paths, skills into opportunities, and ideas into work and businesses. The Rozzano Hub, with its focus on urban creativity, aims to complement existing city development programs, fostering inclusivity and growth in a young-dominated region that has invested in urban regeneration and creative contemporary valorization.
