Hyundai E&C to launch sales of Hillstate Godeok Ellist units in Pyeongtaek

Hyundai E&C is preparing to launch sales of the Hillstate Godeok Ellist apartment complex units in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province this month. The complex will offer 1,779 units spread across two blocks. One block will feature 942 units in a 23-story building with one basement level, while the other block will have 837 units in a 27-story building with two basement levels.

Each unit will provide 84 square meters of living space. The area is situated near Samsung Electronics' Pyeongtaek campus, a key semiconductor production site for the company. As Samsung plans to expand production capacity, the demand for housing in the region is expected to remain strong.
