How Dia & Ratkov Can Trigger Permanent Lazio Departures – Conditions Revealed

Lazio are aiming to permanently release Senegalese striker Boulaye Dia and young Serbian player Petar Ratkov next summer, contingent on meeting certain performance requirements. Dia, who has been with Lazio since 2024, has struggled to establish himself as a regular center-forward. Meanwhile, Ratkov, who joined the club last January under Maurizio Sarri, hasn't found regular playing time.

The duo left the club at the end of the summer window for new contracts with Rennes and Levante respectively. Dia will rejoin Rennes if Lazio avoid relegation at the end of the season, potentially generating an €8 million transfer fee. On the other hand, Ratkov must achieve a significant goal tally to join Levante permanently - he needs to make 20 appearances and score 15 goals. To date, he has played only two matches for the Spanish club, and he has yet to score.
