Sunset Energy, an energy firm, has introduced a cashless self-service fuel station in Abuja. Abiola Ameen, the firm's Chief Marketing Officer, revealed the launch during an unveiling event. Ameen explained that the company had started with a similar outlet in Lagos and is now expanding the network to Abuja. He stated that the firm aims to enhance the service delivery system by offering a fully automated, self-service experience to customers.
Ameen emphasized that the system is designed to eliminate human errors and fraud associated with fuel attendants. He described the process as follows: customers simply need to come to the pump, inform it about the desired volume, pay, and then retrieve their nozzle to serve themselves.
