Ayob Khan, Shuhaily to lead FAM Integrity Committee

Bekas Deputy Chief Police, Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay and AKPS President, Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain have been appointed to their respective roles for the remainder of the 2025-2029 term. In a recent press conference, FAM President Ab Ghani Hassan announced the appointments during the FAM's Sixth Executive Committee Meeting at FAM's Wisma, Kelana Jaya. The selections were made based on the credibility and experience of individuals outside the Executive Committee (Exco) to strengthen the management of the national football body.

For the Integrity Committee, Ayob Khan was appointed as the Chairperson, while Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain, previously the Chief of the Agency for Control and Protection of Borders (AKPS), will assume the role of Deputy Chairperson. The FAM leadership aims to ensure that these individuals possess the necessary credibility to manage the respective committees and guarantee the effective operation and development of football in the nation.

In addition to the Integrity Committee, FAM also selected experienced individuals from outside the Exco to oversee the Panel of Referees, Stadium, and Safety Committee. Mohd Yusri Hassan Basri, Bursa Security and Civil Defense, Bukit Aman, was appointed as the Chairperson of the Stadium and Safety Committee, while Mohd Rozi Jidin will serve as his Deputy. Rosmadi Ismail was appointed as the Chairperson of the Legal and Financial Management Committee, while Ismail Karim will continue as the Treasurer of FAM.
