All Set for ProTaxi Launch October 1 at Rainbow Event Center, Abuja

Preparations are complete for the official debut of ProTaxi, a Nigerian-driven e-hailing platform developed by PromiseLand, on October 1, 2026, at the Rainbow Event Center in Garki, Abuja. The launch aligns with Nigeria's Independence Day, emphasizing the company's commitment to safety, reliability, comfort, affordability, and technology-driven transportation.

Ambassador Dr. Lawrence Oloche Emmanuel, PromiseLand's Founder and CEO, highlighted that the October 1 selection underlines the company's conviction in Nigerian ingenuity, innovation, and potential to create solutions to daily problems. Unlike a conventional ride-hailing service, ProTaxi aims to merge transportation with economic empowerment and a gradual shift towards environmentally friendly, rechargeable-energy mobility.

The company has pledged to train 1,000 drivers, with the program expected to benefit approximately 1,000 households through job creation and income generation. ProTaxi plans to employ advanced technology to offer users seamless ride booking, real-time tracking, multiple payment methods, and additional safety features.
