AFCON 2027Q: ‘We have to dissolve the GFA’ – Effia MP after Black Stars lose to Gambia

Isaac Boamah-Nyarko, Member of Parliament for Effia, has called for the dismantling of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) in the wake of Ghana's shocking 4-2 defeat to Gambia in the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers. Boamah-Nyarko holds the current administration responsible for the decline of Ghanaian football, urging a complete overhaul of the structure to restore the national team's competitiveness. He insists that the GFA, the ministry of Youth and Sports, and the entire football administration must be dismantled and rebuilt, regardless of potential repercussions.
