We’re ready to Deploy our Riftbound TCG Radiance preview card

The League of Legends TCG Riftbound set is set to release Radiance preview cards, with Satchel Charge being one of them. This card costs three to use and recycles a Chaos rune to move a friendly unit as an Action, then Deploy a Bomb to a battlefield. Bombs deal 2 damage upon dying, and any Bombs controlled by the same player on the same battlefield are set off simultaneously.

Deploy is a new keyword that allows players to play a Gear card directly to any battlefield, regardless of control. This makes Satchel Charge a versatile card for Chaos-imbued Pre-Rift decks, as it can save a unit, move it to a different battlefield, or bring a unit and Bomb to the same battlefield. However, Bombs require an opponent to hold a location before detonating, making them somewhat unpredictable.

Players with Ziggs and his Legend can easily include Bombs in their decks, as Ziggs can create Bombs upon exhausting and his revealed Champions boost Bomb damage. The launch of Radiance is set for October 23.
