Ukraine-Krieg: Selenskyj: Nordkorea verstärkt Unterstützung für Russland

President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine reported on social media that his country successfully intercepted ballistic missiles during Russian attacks. He expressed gratitude to the United States and Norway for providing Nasams anti-aircraft systems, as well as Germany and France for their support. Zelensky emphasized the importance of continued delivery of such systems and accused Russia of aiming for escalation.

Recognizing Ukraine's shortage of interceptors, Russia has intensified its use of ballistic missile attacks, which are difficult to defend against due to their high speed. Ukraine also faces threats from drones with jet engines. The president repeatedly highlighted the shortage of Ukrainian defenses against air attacks. Zelensky accused Russia of terrorism, noting that both day and night, civilians and infrastructure were targeted.

Russian forces attacked civilian infrastructure, including data and business centers, residential houses in Kiev, an educational institution, and a student dormitory in Kiev, a nine foreign ships, and nine regions. Two foreign ships were hit, and two data centers and two weapon storage facilities were targeted in the capital and the region of Odessa.

The attack on Odessa included two ships, a substation, and port facilities. However, these claims cannot be independently verified. Russia has been conducting a destructive war against Ukraine for more than four and a half years.
