Roland Berger prevé duplicar ingresos en España en cinco años

Roland Berger, Europe's largest global consulting firm, anticipates doubling its earnings in Spain over the next five years. The firm reported record revenue of €1.010 billion worldwide in 2025, a 3.9% increase from the previous year, and expects to maintain a similar level of revenue in 2026. Torsten Henzelmann, general director for Iberia and Central Europe, is confident about the company's ability to reach over €1.000 billion again, citing the recovery of market activity during the fourth quarter and the end of the year, after months of geopolitical uncertainty and business slowdown.

Spain, which accounts for about 80% of the firm's global revenue, is seen as a key driver of Roland Berger's growth, benefiting from the country's stable regulatory environment, increased foreign investment, and energy prices. The firm plans to double its employee base in Spain over the next few years through internal promotions and hiring professionals from other firms, aiming to add over 50 new talent members.

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) is another significant growth factor, with nearly 80% to 90% of the firm's projects now incorporating an AI component. The company aims to strengthen its digital capabilities and position itself alongside competitors by training consultants with both traditional consulting skills and technological knowledge.
