The Flow tool provides real-time network traffic monitoring for terminals. It is written in Go and features a TUI interface using Bubble Tea, supporting GNU/Linux, macOS, and Windows platforms. Key features include download/upload speeds, traffic charts, peaks, latency, and network interface information. The interface automatically adapts to the terminal size, offering four view modes: Hero, Compact, Mini, and Tiny.

Flow can be installed via pre-compiled binaries for Linux, macOS, and Windows (amd64 and arm64) or by compiling from source. It also provides binaries on the release page for macOS and Windows. After installation, simply execute "flow" to start monitoring. Four different view modes are available through command-line options. To target a specific network interface, use "flow --interface wlan0" or switch between interfaces in the app with "i".

Units can be changed using "c" to cycle between B/s, KB/s, and MB/s scales, or "--bits" for bits per second. The refresh interval defaults to 100ms, but can be adjusted with "--refresh 500ms". Latency testing is also supported by specifying a target IP address. Keyboard shortcuts include "q" to quit, "m" to toggle view modes, "d" for download/upload modes, "t" for theme selection, "n" for network processes, "i" to modify network interface, "c" for unit change, "b" for bits/bytes switch, "+"/- for interval adjustment, "p" for pausing/resuming, "?" for help, and finally "r" to reset peaks.

JSON output is possible with "--json" or "--json-stream" for continuous JSON Lines output, enabling integration with scripts and other terminal tools. A single-text output version is available with "--once". For more details, visit the project's repository.
