Hot weather returns to Egypt on Tuesday

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) has announced that Tuesday will see a return of hot weather to various parts of Egypt. Along the northern coasts, temperatures will be slightly warm during the day, while Greater Cairo and northern Upper Egypt will experience hot conditions. Southern Upper Egypt, on the other hand, will face intensely hot weather.

During the mornings and nights, most regions will enjoy mild, autumn-like conditions. Temperature-wise, Northwestern coasts will see 27C, Northeastern coasts will reach 29C, Lower Egypt will be 30C, Greater Cairo will be 31C, and Northern Upper Egypt will hit 34C. Southern Upper Egypt, however, will be the hottest at 40C.

There is a possibility of light rain, ranging from occasional to moderate, across different areas of the North Coast governorates, Lower Egypt, and parts of the Western Desert. This precipitation may also extend weakly to Greater Cairo, central Sinai, and the far south of Upper Egypt.

In addition to the heat, winds are expected to blow across most areas, particularly at night. Wind speeds are forecasted to range between 30 to 40 km/h, which should help bring down the temperature and make nighttime feel a bit cooler. The EMA advises the public to stay updated on weather forecasts and take necessary precautions to adapt to any changes in the weather.
