The agri-processing and export firm's shares will now be offered between Rs 84 and Rs 89 per share, up from the initial band of Rs 80-Rs 85. The subscription period has been extended to October 1, 2026, from its original end date of September 27.

The IPO, set to be listed on the NSE Emerge platform, has an issue size of approximately Rs 59.34 crore. The revised upper price band of Rs 89 would value the fresh issue at Rs 52.46 crore, while the offer for sale amounts to Rs 6.88 crore.
