FPSC Halts Recruitment for Specific Posts Until Further Notice

The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has suspended recruitment tests for 17 positions at the Board of Investment (BoI), which falls under the Prime Minister’s Office in Islamabad. According to a public notice from the FPSC, the tests for five different categories of positions have been removed from Phase III of the commission’s 2026 testing schedule, set to commence on October 12.

The delayed assessments encompass one Director General role at BS-20, four Director positions at BS-19, six Deputy Director roles at BS-18, three Assistant Director positions at BS-17, and three Public Relations Officer posts at BS-16. The FPSC has placed the recruitment process for these roles on hold until further notice, as a result of a request from the relevant department.

The commission has not disclosed new testing dates. Candidates are urged to frequently check the official FPSC website for updates on the revised testing schedule and recruitment process.
