Former Lions OL Graham Glasgow Land Work Out

Detroit Lions' former offensive lineman Graham Glasgow might have another chance to play in the NFL yet. The Baltimore Ravens conducted a workout for Glasgow on Tuesday, as reported by the NFL transaction wire. The Ravens are looking for assistance due to their injury-stricken interior offensive line. Glasgow was among three offensive linemen who attended the workout, which included former Lions Kingsley Eguakun and Kyle Hergel.

For Lions supporters, the Glasgow connection is undoubtedly the most intriguing aspect. Detroit released Glasgow in March after seven seasons with the team across two separate stints, generating around $5.5 million in salary-cap space. This move left the veteran pondering whether to continue his NFL career. Glasgow, now 34, played in 15 games and started 14 as a center for Detroit last season, following Frank Ragnow's retirement.

His ability to play both guard and center has been one of his most significant strengths throughout his 10-year NFL career. Glasgow's name appeared as a possible emergency option for Detroit after Cade Mays fractured his wrist during training camp. However, that possibility did not materialize, and Mays is now on track for a possible return after Detroit's bye.

Glasgow's workout in Baltimore does not guarantee a contract, but it does indicate that his NFL career may have another chapter. After dedicating most of his career to Detroit, Glasgow's next chapter could unfold in Baltimore.
