DZDubai coordinates UAE car rentals across multiple fleets

Dzdubai.com, a car rental platform founded in 2023 by French-Algerian entrepreneur Abdelnour Boumediene, offers a wide selection of vehicles from multiple fleets operating in the seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. Customers can browse the catalogue, submit a request through the website, and arrange the rental process, which is overseen by the dzdubai team.

To illustrate the rental process, a test was conducted for a light blue 2023 Lamborghini Urus S rental from November 23 to 30, 2026. The website displayed the age requirements, a minimum rental period of one day, and an availability status. Upon selecting a weekly rate with 1,750 kilometres included, the quote for a Cardoo option (which eliminates the need for a security deposit) resulted in a total of $3,502, including VAT.

Switching to a rental agreement with a security deposit lowered the price to $3,431, with the $1,361 deposit shown separately.

In the case of the test rental, an agent reached out via WhatsApp to confirm the vehicle's availability and rental price within twelve minutes of submitting the request through the "Book now and pay later" button. Although this response time was specific to the test, it demonstrates the efficiency of DzDubai's centralised booking process.

The company claims to have launched its real-time availability update system in February 2026 to help drivers locate available cars quickly. However, questions remain regarding the system's functionality, such as where the information comes from, when updates occur, and how DzDubai detects missed or delayed updates.

DzDubai's partners must maintain a professional dashboard to update their vehicles' availability directly on the website. Additionally, the team monitors partners' internal communications, such as WhatsApp groups, to ensure the catalogue remains current. While this process helps keep the website up to date, it does not provide an independent check on the actual car status.

The company also verifies partners' licences and vehicle documents, inspects every car before adding it to the catalogue, and takes photographs and videos itself.

In terms of customer interaction, DzDubai remains the main point of contact during the rental process. However, the rental agreement is signed with the partner providing the car. The team reviews supporting evidence for additional charges before these are requested from the customer and can suspend a partnership if its requirements are not met.
