DJWE 2026 showcases global luxury and one-of-a-kind craftsmanship

The Doha Jewellery and Watches Exhibition (DJWE) 2026 is highlighting Doha's status as a premier international hub for luxury jewellery and watches. Over 500 esteemed global brands and distinguished regional and Qatari designers have gathered at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center until October 3. Exhibitors are highlighting craftsmanship, innovation, and exclusivity in their creations, making DJWE a crucial platform for showcasing unique, one-of-a-kind pieces for Qatar and international visitors with a penchant for precious items.

Tarang Aurura of India's Amrapali, a frequent participant in DJWE, commended the exhibition's unwavering commitment to quality and organization, which has solidified its reputation as a top destination for luxury jewellery brands. Amrapali exclusively showcases unique, one-of-a-kind creations, emphasizing the value of individuality and rarity in the eyes of Qatari collectors.

At the Prologue Pavilion, visitors can explore handcrafted designs inspired by wildlife, culture, and heritage. Each piece is handcrafted, with only one produced from each design. The Spanish brand, located in Hong Kong, merges artistic craftsmanship with themes drawn from nature and cultural traditions. Their silver and silver-plated wooden pieces, as well as sculptures of horses, trees, falcons, birds, and other wildlife, offer an alternative interpretation of luxury that emphasizes artistic expression and cultural inspiration.

Bahraini jewellery designer Mariam Nooruddin underscored the growing influence of technology and cross-border creative exchange within the jewellery industry. DJWE, according to Nooruddin, is the world's premier exhibition in terms of quality and organization. She has incorporated artificial intelligence into her design process, and the exhibition offers a valuable platform for designers from Qatar, the Gulf, and international markets to exchange ideas, explore new approaches, and forge partnerships that will shape the industry's future.

Nooruddin praised the exceptional skills of Qatari designers, affirming that they can hold their own on the global stage.
