American taps small Sask. business to solve international photo mystery
For more than four years, American Bill Delzell has been trying to figure out the identity of the photographer who captured San Francisco history in the 1960s. Now he's hoping a Sask. company will be able to develop 75 rolls of unprocessed film to crack the mystery.
