ADAPT’s Aladdin to Help Fund Local Mental Health Services

The ADAPT Theatre Group aims to support local charities in San Pedro del Pinatar, including AFEMAR, an association that assists people with mental health issues across the Mar Menor region. AFEMAR recently opened a new centre called SEPAP in San Javier, designed to improve mental health care and personal autonomy, partly funded by the European Union.

AFEMAR's SEPAP centre in San Javier offers more personalized attention and both public and private spaces, allowing more people to benefit from better quality care. The ADAPT Theatre Group is proud to support AFEMAR's various projects and initiatives through funds raised from their annual pantomime, scheduled for the end of November. The photos feature two members, Yolanda and Carlos, with AFEMAR's president and staff at their recent "RunRun" fundraising march, as well as the newly opened SEPAP centre.

This year's pantomime, Aladdin, will be performed at the Geli Albaladejo Theatre in San Pedro del Pinatar on November 27th at 7 p.m. and November 28th at 12 noon and 7 p.m. Tickets are available online at bit.ly/Aladdin2026 and at several local outlets, including Papelería Librería ARCO, Annie's Bar, and Spanish Home Finders. Interested individuals can contact Eric on 656 36 1098 or Yolanda on 606 14 10 34 to purchase tickets.
