Zenith Energy acquires 11 MWp solar projects in Italy

Zenith Energy, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, has acquired two solar development projects in Italy, increasing its solar capacity significantly. The projects, Stradella 2 and Stradella 3, are located in Stradella, Province of Pavia, Lombardy. Stradella 2 has a planned capacity of 5 MWp, and Stradella 3 has a planned capacity of 6 MWp, for a combined capacity of approximately 11 MWp peak.

Previously, Zenith had acquired Stradella 1, a project with approximately 9 MWp capacity. The three projects now bring Zenith's portfolio in the Province of Pavia to approximately 20 MWp. These solar projects are situated on sites covering a combined area of around 12 hectares, within 300 meters of motorways and existing industrial facilities.

The total land purchase cost for these projects was approximately EUR 1,080,000. With this acquisition, Zenith's total solar development pipeline now totals approximately 223 MWp, with a target of 240 MWp by the end of 2026.
