The Vvaan, The Paradise Box Office Collection Prediction: Will Sidharth Malhotra's Film And Nani Starrer Pass The Monday Test?

Last week, two major films hit the big screen - Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia's The Vvaan, and Nani's The Paradise. The Vvaan, a Hindi movie, had its debut on Thursday, while The Paradise, a Telugu film dubbed into multiple languages including Hindi, premiered on the same day. The Paradise enjoyed a strong opening during its extended weekend, but its earnings began to dwindle.

In contrast, The Vvaan started off well, collecting Rs. 33.60 crore net during its opening weekend. Now, as the film enters its fourth day at the box office, predictions suggest a drop to around Rs. 5-6 crore. However, if night show attendance is higher, the collection could be on the higher end of that estimate.

On the other hand, The Paradise has also experienced a decline in its earnings. During its four-day weekend run, the film brought in Rs. 92.10 crore net in India. Predictions for its fifth day at the box office anticipate a further drop to Rs. 5-6 crore. While it may not reach the coveted Rs. 100 crore milestone domestically, better night show footfalls could propel it past that mark.

Reviews for both films have been mixed. The Free Press Journal gave The Vvaan 2.5 stars, praising its interesting storyline and stunning visuals, but criticizing director Deepak Kumar Mishra's weak direction. They recommend it as a must-watch for Sidharth Malhotra fans. The Paradise, however, received only 1.5 stars from the same source, with praise for its visual appeal, but disappointment in the narrative and violence.

Hard-core fans of Nani might find its inclusion worthwhile, but casual viewers may prefer to skip it.
