TCL’s new ‘Designer’ Google TVs are just like Samsung’s The Frame, starting at $899

TCL has introduced a new line of "Designer Series" Google TVs that feature a sleek flush mount design and a matte display, allowing the television to seamlessly blend into any room as if it were a piece of art. Samsung's "The Frame" series offers a similar aesthetic, and due to its popularity, various alternatives have emerged in the market.

TCL is familiar with this approach, as it launched its "NXTFRAME" series in 2024. The company's latest offering maintains the same concept, with a flush-mount design that sits just 1.1 inches away from the wall when mounted. The mount is included with the purchase, although a separate mount on wheels is also available for those who prefer it.

The TV's design eliminates the need for an external box, as all components are integrated within the television itself.

The TCL A300L collection encompasses three sizes: 55-inch, 65-inch, and 75-inch models (an 85-inch version will be available later). These models come equipped with 4K QLED panels. On the other hand, the TCL A400U series boasts enhanced quality with 4K QD-Mini LED panels, which offer more dimming zones for superior viewing experiences.

The A400U series comes in four sizes: 55-inch, 65-inch, 75-inch, and 85-inch. One notable distinction between the two collections is that the A300L supports interchangeable frames, enabling it to better integrate with various home aesthetics. Both collections are priced starting at $899 at Best Buy.
