Seoul demands an apology after Zelenskyy unilaterally reveals North Korean prisoners of war transfer

The dispute has arisen due to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's revelation that Ukraine had handed over the two North Korean soldiers to South Korea.
