Otti appeals to investors who relocated from Abia to return

Abia State Governor Alex Otti has called on investors who moved away from the region and those considering relocation to return to the state. The governor made this appeal while inaugurating a hospitality facility built by investor Owelle Greg Okafor in Aba.

In the past three years, Otti's administration has focused on improving infrastructure and the business environment, leading to new investment opportunities. He highlighted the improvement of Port Harcourt Road in Aba, clearing obstructions and debris, and other infrastructural projects. Otti emphasized that the state's transformation has opened up economic possibilities for individuals and businesses, urging those who left to return and capitalize on the available opportunities.

He stressed that the time is right for investment in Abia, warning that it might become more challenging for investors to find opportunities if they delay. Otti expressed confidence that the state government would continue providing the necessary infrastructure and conducive environment for businesses to thrive. The newly built hotel by Okafor aims to create jobs and contribute to the state's economic growth, reducing poverty and increasing revenue.
