Lavrov Says Turkey Must Guarantee S-400 Systems Won’t Reach Ukraine
Turkey has been looking to offload the S-400 systems it bought from Russia – a Washington imposed prerequisite to allow Ankara to purchase its F-35 fighters. Lavrov said Moscow was willing to consider the transfer of the systems if it was guaranteed they wouldn’t find their way to Ukraine.
