Justice Ministry organizes 2026 Training Faculty Members Forum

The Ministry of Justice (MOJ) recently hosted the 2026 training faculty members forum, with the Legal and Judicial Studies Center playing a key role. Over fifty trainers representing various government and quasi-government entities attended the event. Their mission was to assess the impact of existing programs and outline plans for 2027 training initiatives.

Throughout the forum, participants delved into identifying future priorities and crafting legal content. They also explored methods to enhance practical training and integrate legislative updates, alongside artificial intelligence applications, into the curriculum. The goal was to tailor training to meet the demands of government employees.

Dr. Abdullah Hamad Al Khaldi, the center's director, emphasized the event's purpose was to forge stronger alliances with training professionals and leverage their expertise. He highlighted that the forum's recommendations would be instrumental in shaping the 2027 plan to align with the actual requirements of various government agencies.

Al Khaldi further explained that these initiatives align with the MOJ's 2025-2030 Strategic Plan and Qatar National Vision 2030. The focus is on equipping future legal professionals and refining the skills of national personnel in areas such as legislative drafting, contract drafting, legal memoranda, and legal advice.

The forum also saw participants sharing reviews and proposals to bolster interactive training techniques and expand specialized programs. This was crucial to stay ahead of the rapid advancements in the legislative and judicial spheres.
