Jeddah Municipality lifts red zone restrictions on 3,787 Al-Malisaa land plots

Jeddah Municipality has lifted red zone restrictions from 3,787 plots of land in the Al-Malisaa district, enabling owners to access municipal services through the Balady online platform. The municipality announced that these plots, located in the southern part of the governorate, are now eligible for municipal procedures and services, such as permit applications, once they are removed from the red zone designation.

Landowners can submit requests for municipal services through engineering offices, which are authorized to handle the necessary procedures. The municipality will continue to review and address remaining land under red zone restrictions across the governorate, completing the required technical and regulatory steps in phases. This move is part of ongoing efforts to streamline municipal services, tackle land and planning challenges, and facilitate beneficiaries in completing their procedures according to approved regulations.
