iOS 27.0.1 released: Apple fixes annoying iPhone 18 Pro restart and freezing issues

Apple has launched the first update to iOS 27, addressing an intermittent issue that could cause the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max to freeze or restart unexpectedly. The update, released on Monday, aims to resolve this problem, which often occurs when Face ID fails to authenticate. The fix should help those who have experienced the iPhone freezing for a few seconds or even restarting completely while trying to sign in to an app using Face ID.
