Hajj and Umrah Ministry launches unified digital package for international pilgrims

The Saudi Arabian Hajj and Umrah Ministry has unveiled a comprehensive digital package tailored for international pilgrims participating in the 1448H Hajj season. This all-inclusive initiative, launched by the Ministry, encompasses four primary services and offers flexible program options to cater to the diverse needs of pilgrims arriving in Saudi Arabia.

The Comprehensive Package consolidates essential services for pilgrims from their initial arrival until their departure, in close coordination with relevant authorities. Contracting for the package is streamlined through the Electronic Path platform, allowing for a single application that simplifies procedures and establishes clear contractual relationships between Hajj affairs offices, foreign Hajj agencies, and service providers.

This digital solution aims to enhance efficiency and transparency in the contracting process. The package includes four main services: access to holy sites, hospitality facilities in Makkah and Madinah, transportation, and catering. Additionally, pilgrims can opt for value-added services, enabling Hajj affairs offices and foreign agencies to create customized programs according to the preferences of different pilgrim groups.

This flexible framework operates within a clear contractual structure. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah emphasized that the launch of the Comprehensive Package is part of their early preparations for the 1448H Hajj season, reflecting the leadership's commitment to pilgrims' well-being and supporting the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Pilgrim Experience Program.
