From ‘Bethlehem Kudumba Unit’ phenomenon to ‘It’s A Medical Miracle’: Sangeeth Prathap steps into the spotlight, ‘breaking my comfort zone’

Dubai: Sangeeth Prathap has moved into the spotlight with his performance in Bethlehem Kudumba Unit, a Malayalam box-office hit that has taken the audience by storm. Expectations for the film were modest, with the team expecting it to be a modest comedy about family and romance. However, the movie has now become a massive hit, earning over Rs 3 billion at the box office.

Surprisingly, the film was not a grand spectacle or a star-studded extravaganza. Instead, it found its audience, and its support grew, leading to repeat viewers and fans watching it multiple times. Prathap, who plays the mischievous Joel, is overwhelmed by the movie's acceptance, especially when some fans have watched it six, seven, or eight times.

The film brought back Prathap to a comfortable set with his favorite actors and director, Girish AD, who he had worked with before in Premalu.
