Cashyn Honoured at the P@SHA ICT Awards 2026 for Bringing Financial Inclusion to Rural and Remote Pakistan

Quwat Services Private Limited (QSPL) celebrated a major achievement this week by winning the Merit Award at the P@SHA ICT Awards 2026, held under the Inclusion & Community category for its Cashyn platform. Organized by the Pakistan IT Industry Association, these prestigious awards recognize Pakistan's leading technology innovations for impact and scale.

Launched in 2025, Cashyn received this recognition in just its second year, placing it among the most impactful technologies in the country. For QSPL, the award signifies more than a product accolade; it honors the mission, execution, and people behind the platform. Cashyn was created to bring financial services closer to people, empowering merchants and bridging the gap between cash and digital, ultimately making financial inclusion accessible at the community level.

With more than 16,000 active merchants across 120+ cities, Cashyn has processed over 37 million transactions and moved more than PKR 91 billion, with 57% of that coming from rural and remote areas. This demonstrates that financial inclusion can be scaled effectively. By turning neighborhood retailers and micro-entrepreneurs into trusted financial access points, Cashyn has alleviated the need for hours-long travel to access cash services.

Through its merchant network, Cashyn extends the reach of regulated financial institutions deep into rural Pakistan, with its digital e-KYC enabling new merchants to start serving customers in seconds, rather than days. This model has not only reduced collection logistics costs for enterprise clients by up to 60% but also introduced transparency to the cash economy through real-time digital records.

QSPL CEO Muhammad Saad Khan highlighted that this award is a testament to the company's mission and execution, emphasizing that financial inclusion is complete when it reaches every household member, including women. The award marks a significant milestone for Cashyn and QSPL, and the company is accelerating its growth by expanding its cash collection service, Cashyn, and Flyp, its enterprise collections and disbursements platform, while increasing its presence in underserved communities across Pakistan.
