Bo Nix and Talanoa Hufanga lead the Broncos past the Rams 30-26 in a Sunday night thriller

Denver's Bo Nix sealed a thrilling victory over the Rams with a last-second touchdown, securing a 30-26 win in a Sunday night match-up. The final moments were filled with chaos, including a 66-yard pick-6 by Denver's safety Talanoa Hufanga, which put the Broncos ahead 23-19. Following Hufanga's interception, Rams' quarterback Matthew Stafford connected with Konata Mumpfield for a 48-yard touchdown, re-taking the lead at 26-23.

Nix then drove Denver 65 yards in just 10 plays, leaping over the pile for the game-winning touchdown with 47 seconds left on the clock. Despite being down 16-0 at halftime, the Broncos staged a remarkable comeback, relying on Nix's two touchdown passes and two 2-point conversions to tie the game. The Rams dominated the first half, outgaining Denver in total yards by over 200 and amassing 17 first downs compared to the Broncos' five.

However, their inability to capitalize on these advantages led to a narrow loss. Injuries affected both teams, with Rams cornerback Jaylen Watson suffering a shoulder injury and Broncos running back Jonah Coleman being placed on injured reserve with a high ankle sprain.
