Benjamin Satterley’ last tragic post resurfaces

Benjamin Satterley, also known as Pac in AEW and Neville in WWE, has tragically passed away at the age of 40, according to All Elite Wrestling's announcement on Sunday. The company described Satterley as a beloved husband and friend, praising his wrestling knowledge, skill, athleticism, professionalism, consistency, and dedication to the sport. AEW president Tony Khan expressed his condolences, calling Satterley a "beloved husband & friend" and a "master of the high-flying style."

Satterley's final match at the All Out pay-per-view against AEW national champion Andrade in Chicago on Saturday night, occurred just before his death. In his last social media post on September 18, Satterley paid tribute to fellow wrestler Andy Williams, known as The Butcher, who had also recently died young. Fans and social media users lamented the loss, with one user commenting: "The most heartbreaking last post. May you both rest in peace. You should both be here still."

Satterley's career began in 2004, and he wrestled for organizations worldwide, captivating audiences with his innovative high-flying moves and incredible in-ring ability. He joined AEW in 2019 after spending a year on the independent wrestling circuit following his WWE release. Known as "The Bastard" in AEW, Satterley was part of the Death Triangle faction with Rey Fenix and Penta before joining the Death Riders, where he adopted a more physical wrestling style.

Throughout his career, Satterley won several championships in AEW and WWE, including the AEW All-Atlantic Championship, AEW Trios Championship (twice), WWE Cruiserweight Championship (twice), NXT Championship, and NXT Tag Team Championship (twice). His signature move, the Black Arrow - a corkscrew senton splash - added to his reputation as an impressive athlete and a beloved wrestler.
