The Nigerian Navy has initiated its 2026 recruitment process for Batch 39 of the Nigerian Navy Basic Training School, as announced through a recruitment guideline posted on the Navy's official X account. Applicants are required to complete the application process online at no cost.

Furthermore, applicants must be medically, physically, and psychologically fit according to Nigerian Army standards. They must also be free of any criminal convictions by a court of law.

Physical qualifications are specified, with a minimum height requirement of 1.69 meters for males and 1.65 meters for females. Applicants must be aged between 18 and 22 years as of December 31, 2026.
