Applications open for WISE EdTech Accelerator

Doha, Qatar - The World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE), a Qatar Foundation initiative, has opened applications for its 2026-2027 EdTech Accelerator. The global program invites early-stage education technology startups to apply, with the deadline set for October 31, 2026. Participants will join the program beginning January 2027.

The WISE EdTech Accelerator provides startups with mentorship, strategic support, and access to Qatar's education and innovation ecosystem. This enables them to scale solutions that can revolutionize teaching and learning methods. The 2026-2027 cycle offers two tracks: local and international, each tailored to support startups at different stages of global and regional expansion.

The 2025-2026 cohort marked the first to introduce both tracks. Eight diverse startups were selected, representing solutions such as tutoring, coding education, AI-powered learning tools, digital credentials, microlearning, and education financing. Over a twelve-month period, these ventures experienced significant growth, reaching more than 2.9 million learners and educators while generating new revenue and investment opportunities.

Through the WISE EdTech Accelerator, we aim to help founders navigate that next stage of growth and build impactful solutions.
