While Manchester United's loan players remained largely quiet during the weekend, Jayce Fitzgerald made an impact for Rotherham United in League Two. Fitzgerald entered the match for the final 32 minutes as the Millers drew 1-1 against Crewe Alexandra. Despite not making any key passes, he completed 80% of his passes, and half of his long ball attempts.

Meanwhile, Safia Middleton-Patel, a Manchester United Women goalkeeper, continues to build her reputation while on loan at Watford. Since joining the club, she has been in excellent form. She also claimed three high balls in the penalty box, helping to alleviate pressure from her defense.
