Ukraine’s Armed Forces Deliver Around 4 Tons Of Food To Civilians In Temporarily Occupied Oleshky Using Drones — Prokudin

Ukraine's Armed Forces have delivered approximately 4 tons of food to civilians in the temporarily occupied town of Oleshky, located in the Kherson region, as reported by Oleksandr Prokudin, the Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration. Prokudin made this statement on September 27, according to UATV English.

The Russian forces are holding around two thousand Ukrainian individuals, including nearly fifty children, hostage in Oleshky. These individuals are enduring a dire situation without access to food, electricity, or water. Russian forces have effectively prevented them from leaving this dire situation.

Prokudin revealed that his team, in collaboration with the 11th Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine, the 34th Separate Marine Brigade Borysthenes, and other units, has been consistently delivering food across the Dnipro River using drones since March. In a recent operation, they managed to transport around 4,000 kilograms of food to 100 designated locations within the city concurrently.

Prokudin emphasized that Russian invaders continuously attempt to hinder aid deliveries to temporarily occupied Oleshky. They do this by shooting down drones carrying supplies, cynically seizing or reselling food intended for children and the elderly, and detaining Oleshky residents to throw them into basements, brutally assault them, and employ violence.

Prokudin stressed that the deliberate obstruction of humanitarian aid and the creation of famine among the civilian population constitute war crimes with no statute of limitations. He vowed that everyone involved in these heinous actions will face inevitable accountability.
