Top 10 investors in the M3M Hurun India Rich List 2026: Rekha Jhunjhunwala leads top 10 investors

The M3M Hurun India Rich List for 2026 has been released, highlighting the country's most influential business leaders and wealth creators. Leading the top 10 investors category is Rekha Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, with a net worth of Rs 75,800 crore, which is more than quadruple the wealth of the person in second place. Rekha gained her substantial fortune and equity portfolio following the death of her husband, the renowned investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, who was known as the "Big Bull."

Rakesh, who passed away in August 2022 at the age of 62, was the founder of Rare Enterprises and held significant long-term investments in key companies, notably the Tata Group's Titan Company. Ronnie Screwvala comes in second with a wealth of Rs 12,900 crore, followed by Akash Bhanshali at Rs 12,200 crore. Screwvala, a prominent media entrepreneur, owns substantial stakes in various ventures, including upGrad, RSVP Movies, and U Sports, which operates the U Mumba kabaddi franchise.

Bhanshali serves as the head of principal investments at asset management firm ENAM Holdings Pvt Ltd. The remaining investors in the top 10 are Mukul Agarwal, Nemish S Shah, Ashish Kacholia, Sunil Singhania, Ashish Dhawan, Madhusudan Kela, and Anil Kumar Goel, with wealth ranging from Rs 7,700 crore to Rs 2,900 crore.
