Natalie Harp Mocked for Trump Devotion on SNL, Jimmy Kimmel

Natalie Harp, President Trump's executive assistant, has been subject to mocking on Saturday Night Live (SNL) and Jimmy Kimmel Live in recent days due to her apparent devotion to the president. The criticism stems from political opponents, with Democratic Senator Jon Ossoff accusing Trump of preferring to "travel with Natalie" over fulfilling his duties.

On September 26, SNL featured Harp in her opening sketch, portraying her as a character who intervenes during a meeting between Trump and New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani. After Trump jokes about Harp's arrival, she makes a threatening comment, stating, "If you hurt him, I will end you." In a separate appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Harp, played by Kimmel's real-life wife Molly McNearney, is portrayed as a protective assistant who insists on being by Trump's side, even questioning whether he has any "Truths" to share on his Truth Social platform.

Kimmel ultimately dismisses Harp, but she remains irate, remarking, "Back stage? I can't hear you backstage, I can't smell you backstage, I can't wipe you backstage…your wife doesn't deserve you."

Harp has a history with Trump that dates back to 2019, when she wrote a LinkedIn post praising his Right to Try Act of 2018. She has since appeared on Fox News, spoken at the 2020 Republican National Convention, and worked as a host for conservative TV station One America News Network. Harp began working for Trump at Mar-a-Lago in 2022 and was later appointed as an executive assistant in the White House in January 2025.

She has earned a reputation for her unwavering loyalty to Trump, even writing letters expressing her devotion and apologizing for her actions after a run-in with the media.
