I never questioned Tinubu over political decisions unfavourable to me – Gbajabiamila

Gbajabiamila, President Bola Tinubu’s Chief of Staff, has stated that he never doubted the president's leadership abilities when faced with political decisions that were not in his favor. Speaking at the 2026 Gbaja Mega Empowerment Programme in Lagos, Gbajabiamila reaffirmed his unwavering loyalty to Tinubu and pledged not to betray the president's trust.

He addressed detractors who may attempt to blackmail participants, expressing his determination to speak honestly and clearly to all those affected by his criticisms. Gbajabiamila emphasized that no amount of money, threats, or false information, whether from within or outside, would deter him from fulfilling the responsibilities entrusted to him by the president.

He warned that any use of his name for deceit or lies would eventually be exposed by the law. Gbajabiamila highlighted the importance of loyalty in politics and recounted his long-standing relationship with Tinubu, noting that despite disagreements on certain political choices, he remained loyal to the president.
