Colts Add Alec Pierce Replacement After Placing $114 Million WR on IR

The Indianapolis Colts have bolstered their wide receiver room following the placement of star player Alec Pierce on injured reserve due to a heel injury. Gould, a fifth-round pick from Oregon State, has primarily showcased his speed in return games, while Westbrook-Ikhine, a 7-year veteran, had a less impressive 2025 season. Despite this, he still has a history of performing well and may prove valuable to the team. The Colts have already signed veteran Darius Slayton, who once played alongside Daniel Jones in New York, giving the quarterback an experienced receiver to count on.
