Saudi FM discusses with Bangladesh, Lebanese PMs enhancing bilateral ties

New York witnessed Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan engaging in discussions with Bangladesh's Prime Minister Tarique Rahman and Lebanon's Prime Minister Dr. Nawaf Salam at the UN General Assembly. The meetings aimed to bolster bilateral ties between the respective nations.

In his discussions with Bangladesh's Prime Minister, Prince Faisal reviewed the existing diplomatic relations and explored avenues to further strengthen cooperation in various sectors. Both leaders identified several key issues of mutual interest that could be addressed through enhanced collaboration.

During his subsequent meeting with Lebanon's Prime Minister, Prince Faisal had a similar discussion. They delved into the state of bilateral relations and strategies to further develop and strengthen their partnership across multiple domains. They also exchanged insights on regional developments, acknowledging Lebanon's vital role in maintaining regional stability and security.

A significant outcome of these meetings was the activation of the Saudi-Lebanese Joint Committee, a platform designed to foster greater cooperation and coordination between the two countries. Prince Yazid bin Mohammed, Advisor to the Saudi Foreign Minister for Lebanese Affairs, was present at these meetings to facilitate the process.

The Saudi Foreign Minister also met with Morocco's Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita. They too discussed the state of bilateral relations and avenues for enhancing cooperation. They explored key regional issues and other topics of shared interest, further solidifying the foundation for a robust and mutually beneficial partnership.
