Russia’s 7th-Largest Refinery in Perm Reportedly Offline After Friday Attack
The Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez refinery in Perm, over 1,500 kilometers (932 miles) from the Ukrainian border, is said to have been knocked offline – again – after Friday’s attack, with Reuters issuing a similar report after an attack in May. The facility is said to be Russia’s seventh-largest, with a reported annual refining capacity of over 13 million metric tons of crude.
