NPFL: Kwara United committed to transparency – Titiloye

Kwara United Chairman Kumbi Titiloye has emphasized the club's dedication to transparency, accountability, and an approachable management style. Responding to inquiries about the whereabouts of Akanni Akeem, Titiloye affirmed that the team's management remains open to addressing concerns and providing explanations about the club.

The conversation took place when explaining the reason behind Akeem's transfer, where the manager clarified that the player joined Kwara United on loan with a specific clause in the agreement permitting him to transfer abroad if a suitable opportunity arose. Titiloye provided insight into the handling of player contracts, stating that each contract is duplicated among the league (NPFL), the club, the player, and the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF). He emphasized that without these documents, a club cannot participate in the league.
